If you are an undergraduate student on Academic Probation:

You will receive an E-mail from the Dean of your college as well as from the Center for Student Success (CSS) informing you of your academic standing.  The CSS's  E-mail will outline the 4-step process (as seen below) in more detail.

First:

Attend a "Getting Back on Track" Workshop on your ilearn account or attend an in-person workshop between January 31st-February 2nd. Call the Center for Student Success at 831-582-3615 to reserve a date & time.

If you are also on Financial Aid Warning/Probation, please note this is NOT the same as the SAP workshop. Please contact Financial Aid for that information.

Second:

Schedule an initial appointment at the Center for Student Success to discuss your academic progress. Appointments can be made over the phone or in person.

Third:

Meet with your academic advisor to review your educational plan.

Finally:

Schedule a follow-up appointment with the Center for Student Success at least 1 month after your initial appointment with our center

Please schedule your final appointment by APRIL 9th, 2012 to avoid any delays in registering for Fall 2012.
